If you’ve never experienced the Ypsilanti Holiday Homes Tour, this is the year to step over the threshold of some of the most striking homes and buildings in the Ypsilanti area. For those of you who are faithful supporters of this annual benefit for Meals on Wheels, there are surprises in store for you, too. The Candlelight Tour proved to be a wonderful addition will offer “A Taste of Ypsilanti” for the second year with the Hutchinson Mansion as the final destination.

All proceeds from the 13th Annual Historic Ypsilanti Holiday Homes Tour benefit Ypsilanti Meals on Wheels. The Candlelight Tour is 6-10 .m. Saturday December 5, 2009 and features hors d’oeuvres in each home and desserts, wine and entertainment at the Hutchinson Mansion. Tickets are $40 per person or by 3 tickets and the 4th is 50% off and cna be purchased at The Nelson Amos Studio in Depot town. Tickets are limited. The Daytime Tour is 12-4:30 p.m. Sunday, December 6, 2009. Tickets for the Daytime Tour are $15 in advance or $20 the day of the tour.
