Our staff and volunteers use YMOW vans to deliver meals Monday through Friday including holidays. The vans run between 10:30 am and 1:30 pm. We try to deliver your meal around the same time each day. If your meal is more than 30 minutes late, please call us.

If you know that you are not going to be home to receive your meal please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice.  If something unexpected happens, please call us as soon as possible to cancel. Leave a message on our answering machine if no one is in the office. We cannot leave the meal if no one is home to accept it, but occasionally we can leave it with a neighbor or building manager, if asked to do so. Please ask anyone receiving your meal to refrigerate it for you.

If no one is home, and you have not called us to cancel or make other arrangements, we will call you and your emergency contact. If we suspect that there may be a problem, we will call emergency services, so please don’t forget to call and cancel.

If no one is home for two days in a row, we will discontinue your meal service until we hear from you again.
