Dina Seguin was looking for a follow-up to her nursing career when she heard about the need for a Client Care Associate at Ypsilanti Meals on Wheels. It wasn’t long before she realized the importance of her new job.
“I really think some people wouldn’t eat if it wasn’t for YMOW,” Dina said.
While delivering food is Dina’s main task, she said time spent with clients is the best part of the job.
“It’s nice to visit with people,” she said. As a CCA, the former nurse said she is still taking care of people, but in a different way.
A resident of Pinkney, Dina lives with her husband Scott. They have three grown sons, two granddaughters, a dog and three cats.
