Donna
Client Care Associate
Donna is a native of California, but she’s found a new home here in Ypsilanti and a new purpose at YMOW.
“I’m enjoying getting to know the people on my route,” said Donna, who joined the YMOW team in September 2026. With each meal delivery, Donna said she’s learning each person’s story, their wants and their needs.
“If I have something extra, I know who will enjoy receiving it,” she said.
A graduate of Albion College, Donna earned a master’s degree in preservation studies from Eastern Michigan University.
Donna said she knew YMOW was the right place for her when, prior to taking the job, she saw the YMOW staff happily preparing for delivery in pouring rain. Donna said she knew then she wanted to be part of that dedicated team.
“It’s a chance to make a difference” she said.
