Jessica Martin spent several months as a volunteer before becoming a Client Care Associate in May 2025.
“I wanted to do something positive in the community,” said Jessica. But as a resident of Dundee, she knew very little about Ypsilanti when she signed on to deliver meals.
“I love it. It’s been great,” she said of the community, the clients, and the staff of YMOW.
Jessica said she enjoys getting to know the people on her route.
“It really makes me happy to bring a little positive socialization to them,” she said.
Jessica enjoys reading, playing guitar, and bird watching. She and her spouse have three cats and a puppy.
