Chef Ji-Hye Kim of Miss Kim in Ann Arbor will share her culinary expertise during a virtual cooking demonstration.
Guests will be led step by step through the process of making an authentic Korean barbecue meal, which can be created using chicken, beef or tempeh. Each kit serves 2 people. All meals are gluten free, dairy free, nut free and non GMO. Meals do contain soy and sesame. Guests with allergies to these foods are encouraged to support Ypsilanti Meals on Wheels in another way.
Guests must pick up their complete meal kits between 4 and 6 p.m. Sept. 23 at Miss Kim, 415 N. 5th Ave., Ann Arbor. The cooking demonstration will be held via Zoom at 7 p.m. A link to the demonstration will be emailed to all paid participants prior to the event.
