Client Care Associate (CCA)/Delivery Driver
The Client Care Associate (CCA) provides direct support to the Ypsilanti area's homebound seniors by delivering meals, conducting visual wellness checks and providing social interaction.
This role has numerous responsibilities related to daily operations, including: driving, meal delivery, working with volunteers and client interactions to ensure that YMOW clients are able to age in place with dignity.
This is a part-time position. Hours are Monday - Friday 10:00am–2:30pm or 9:00am-2:30pm.
Volunteer Coordinator
Volunteers are vital to our mission to provide food and support to our medically homebound neighbors. To that end, YMOW is seeking a Volunteer Coordinator to manage this important part of our team.
Reporting to the Operations Director, the full-time Volunteer Coordinator will engage in activities to identify, recruit, and maintain volunteers in support of all aspects of YMOW’s operations.
The primary work location is YMOW’s office with some work from home flexibility. Occasional evening or weekend hours are required.
